Four generations coexist within the Argentinian labor market. While the market predominant force is being disputed by both individuals known as Generation X and Generation Y, a new Generation begins to increase in numbers every passing year, the Generation Z. Even though managers are aware of the existence of this generation, it would seem that they have not given the required importance, since most companies still do not offer an adequate package for this newcomers. The purpose of this investigation was to explore the unique characteristics and demands of this generation, in order to deliver a framework to be applied in companies to obtain their maximum potential. The data collection process consisted of ten questions distributed to over 300 participants in Argentina, which allowed an analysis in seven dimensions, such as passion, career development, entrepreneurship, economical safety, simplicity, social/environmental interest, and flexibility. The final output of this investigation may be used by several organizations in Argentina in order to design effective job offers and avoid high attrition and increase motivation and quality regarding the performance of “Gen Z”
