Abstract
Inflation target regimes have been adopted by several developed and emerging countries as a monetary policy scheme thanks to the empirical evidence of their success achieving low levels of inflation in a medium and long term. A few months after the implementation of the regime in Argentina, a question arises about the success of this framework in the conjuncture and the particularities of the country. The present work aims to analyze the viability of its successful implementation, from a theoretical and practical perspective
