Abstract
En esta tesis se investigó acerca de cuáles son las técnicas e indicadores utilizados por las empresas para medir el compromiso del capital humano, y su relación con los objetivos estratégicos. Se encontró que las empresas utilizan una combinación de técnicas, siendo la encuesta la más frecuente, asimismo ésta técnica se complementa con focus groups y entrevistas individuales.
This thesis investigated what are the techniques and indicators used by companies to measure the engagement of human capital and its relationship with strategic objectives. It was found that the companies use a combination of techniques, being the survey the most frequently used, also this technique is complemented with focus groups and stay interviews.
